This weekend I tried to train my leaves. Some call it raking, I call it training.
Why you may ask? Think about what you are trying to do.
Get many independent individuals going in one direction with a wide rake, with a few stragglers left behind that you have to try to sweep with the same rake to see if they will move in the same direction as your main group of folks. Then a distraction comes (kids, wind, dog/s, football game) then your pile goes in two or ten directions, all to be gathered again until one group of individuals settle in one place.
Then tomorrow comes and you have to start again with either a pretty together pile or a few groups of individuals spread across the yard.
Now, is that clear as mud?
