A bit of bragging about HCPL ( my library system.)
Our learning 2.0 project (which my training bud Annette and I will be talking about at our state library conference and possibly one other large national conference) staff participation was grrrreat!
Out of 400 or so staff 150 151 completed the program which is a 37.5% rate. I hope that is enough to get our system a trip to Las Vegas. You see, in MD, the state library had a friendly competition to see which systems could get the greatest percentage of staff to participate and complete the Learning 2.0/23 Things project.
The incentive?
A trip to the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas! WOW.
